If you prefer 100% organic products, then Boll & Branch has a luxury sheet set for you.
B&B's sheets are 100% organic cotton and available in full, Queen, King and Cal King sizes.
They are also GOTS certified, so you know it is the real deal (GOTS is the leading international standard for organic textiles including cotton).
These Boll & Branch sheets provide a luxurious sleep experience via an extra-soft sateen weave. Of course, you'll have to pay a little more for this kind of quality.
If you are used to sleeping on department store sheets, the price tag might be a shocker.
But believe me, sleeping on high-quality Sateen sheets like these Boll & Branch sheets is worth the extra money.
Great sheets like these will change the way you think about your bed.
And B&B's commitment to fair trade and to the environment will help you sleep even better.
About the Company
Boll & Branch is a startup founded in 2014 by Scott and Missy Tannen, a husband-wife team.
They wanted to provide luxury home products at an affordable price and with a more transparent (and organic) supply chain.
In fact, they are the first bedding company to be Fair Trade certified, meaning their products are produced ethically and in an environmentally friendly manner.
The company also collaborates with the charity Not For Sale to give back to the community.

What Makes Boll & Branch Luxury Sheets Unique?
Certified Organic Sheets
As I mentioned, these are 100% certified organic cotton sheets that carry the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) standard.
GOTS mandates ethical practices all the way from harvesting through manufacturing to the labeling.
Combined with Boll & Branch’s transparent supply chain and commitment to fair trade, you can be sure you are getting the best quality sheets without causing problems in any part of the world.
Being organic, these sheets do not contain synthetic dyes or allergenic chemicals found in most standard cotton sheets, making them especially great for people with allergies and sensitive skin.
Even the softening process doesn’t involve chemicals. Instead, the sheets go through an 8-step process including buffing and heating to get that ultra-soft finish.
And they get ever-softer with every wash.
There are two main types of weaves used in luxury sheets: percale and sateen.
Percale sheets have a signature crisp feel similar to that of a freshly ironed dress shirt and they tend to breathe more.
Sateen sheets have a softer and plusher texture that feels amazing against the skin but breathes a bit less.
Boll & Branch’s sheets use a sateen weave.
So you get that luxury sleeping experience that normal big box store sheets cannot live up. And as many customers attest to, the sheets really do get softer every time you wash them.
Complete Set (Including Flat Sheet)
Parachute’s sheet set is great, but it only comes with a fitted sheet and two pillowcases. You have to buy the top sheet separately.
The set from Boll & Branch includes a fitted sheet, a flat sheet that you can use as a top sheet and two pillowcases.
They also throw in a bonus laundry bag for storage.
The fitted sheet has an extra-deep pocket (17”) to make sure it fits even thicker mattresses though this can create a loose fit on thinner mattresses.
The flat sheet is also generously sized for all kinds of mattresses. It’s finished off in a modern 7” hem.
The Boll & Branch sateeen fabric feels extremely soft against your skin; there isn’t a scratchy or irritating feeling you get with most department store quality sheets.
Unlike Percale weave sheets, these sateen sheets will not wrinkle as much. They always look smooth and snug on the bed, especially after a wash.
Where they disappoint a bit is in temperature control.
Like other Sateen weave sheets, they can sleep a bit hot when your bedroom exceeds 70-75 degrees F. If you are heat sensitive or live in a hot area, this set may not be the best for you for all seasons.
If you really want it, then you can use it with a cooling pad (fit the sheet over a cooling pad) or just open the window on warmer nights.
One more thing to note: Boll & Branch is currently Amazon's Choice – which says a LOT about happy customers, given the huge number of organic sheets sold there.
- Comfortable luxury feel.
- High-quality weave that is guaranteed to last long.
- Made according to eco-friendly and fair trade standards.
- 100% organic.
- Sleeps a bit too warm in warmer rooms.
- The fitted sheet is too deep for really thin mattresses (8” thick or less).
Boll and Branch Luxury Sheet Fabric
The sheets and pillowcases are made with single Ply long-staple organic cotton. Let’s break that down.
Staple refers to the length of the tiny fibers that make up cotton. The longer the fibers, the stronger and more durable the fabric is.
Boll and Branch sheets consist of long staple cotton, the best quality there is. This ensures they last for years without tearing or the fibers coming loose.
Ply refers to the number of strands twisted together before weaving. Boll & Branch uses a single fiber per thread, so they are single ply.
This results in a fabric that is soft, light and breathable yet still strong and durable.
Their sheets have a 300-thread count that delivers the perfect balance of durability and luxurious softness.
These Sheets Are Perfect For You If…
- You want luxury sheets with a soft and plush feel.
- You prefer 100% organic and Fair Trade products.
- You prefer the softer feel of Sateen sheets over the crispier texture of Percale.
Sizes available: full, queen, king and Cal king.
Colors: 9 color options including white, solid natural, striped white and pewter.
Returns: Amazon’s 30-day return policy when you buy on Amazon.

My flannel sheets are nice, but they are pilling and the little bumps are noticable during sleep.
Thanks for such a great review, I have used Parachute sheets but I am thinking of giving Boll & Branch a try. I love their commitment to fair trade and to the environment and that they are GOTS certified.
