365-Night Trial
Noomi comes with a lengthy 365-night trial period.
The yearlong trial period thing has become more common among online mattress companies. Nectar and DreamCloud also offers a 1-year trial period.
Noomi does not charge for returns. If at any time during the trial period you decide the mattress is not for you, just call them up, and they’ll arrange a pickup and give you a full refund. Returned mattresses are recycled or donated to a local charity.

There is no white glove delivery. The mattress will be delivered to your door, and then it’s up to you to take it inside and set it up. Set up is easy and should take no more than 10 minutes.
The mattress arrives compressed into a box. To set it up, unbox the rolled up mattress and place it on the foundation. Cut away the plastic wrap. The mattress will start puffing back up to its normal shape and size.You can sleep on it immediately.

What type of bed frame/support does Noomi require?

You can use it on a metal frame, Murphy bed, slatted bed or even directly on the floor. If you use a box spring make sure it is in good condition. It’s also a good idea to add a 1”-3” board to the top of the box spring to create a flat and sturdy surface.

Care and Cleaning
Is a mattress protector needed for Noomi?
It’s not necessary, but it’s highly recommended. Look for a waterproof, hypoallergenic and breathable mattress protector.
Do you need to rotate the Noomi mattress?
If you sleep alone or you have a significant weight difference with your partner, it’s a good idea to rotate the Noomi mattress every three months or so. This evens out the wearing and lengthens the life of the mattress.

Mattress Cover
The cover is made from cotton. So it feels soft, and it’s great at dissipating excess body heat and moisture.
Smell/Off-gassing
This is a foam mattress, so a bit of smell is inevitable especially considering that it is tightly rolled up in a box. It takes a few hours to fully off-gas when you unbox it.
The smell is harmless and mild. If it affects you, leave the mattress uncovered for a day or two until the smell dissipates completely.
Sleeping Experience
The Noomi mattress feels soft and squishy. It’s the kind of mattress where you sleep ‘in’ it rather than ‘on’ it.
