Mattress Construction
Both Botanical Bliss and Avocado Green are organic latex mattresses, but their construction is different.
PlushBeds Botanical Bliss
The Botanical Bliss is an all-latex mattress. With the exception of the 12” mattress, the PlushBeds Botanical Bliss has two layers.
The top layer is pressure-relieving Talalay latex. It’s 2” thick on the 9-inch option, 3” on the 10-inch option, and 2” on the 12-inch option.
The base layer is Dunlop latex. It’s firmer and denser, which allows it to absorb and distribute body weight, as well as provide deep compression support.
The base is 6” thick on all three size options. The 12 inches has an additional 3” transition Dunlop latex layer.

Avocado Green
Avocado Green is a hybrid organic latex mattress. Instead of an all-latex construction like the Botanical Bliss, it combines organic latex in the comfort layers with pocket coils in the base.
The standard option has two Dunlop latex comfort layers: a soft 2” surface layer for pressure relief and a firmer 1” transition layer for support and weight distribution.
The pillow top option has these two layers plus an additional 2” soft latex layer at the top.
Both options have an 8” pocket coil base with five ergonomic zones.

Care and Cleaning

You cannot remove or wash the organic cotton covers on either mattress, so spot-cleaning with water and mild detergent is your only option.
Be careful with heat, as it can damage the latex. Keep the mattress out of direct sunlight, and never use a hairdryer (unless it’s on cool mode) to dry a damp spot. You can use a hot water bottle, electric blanket, or bed heating system as long as it is not in direct contact with the latex.
