The PlushBeds Luxury Bliss is a hybrid mattress consisting of organic latex and pocket coils. If you want a mattress that’s just latex, get the PlushBeds Botanical Bliss.
Here are the different components of the Luxury Bliss mattress.
1” Cover
The Luxury Bliss mattress is wrapped in an organic cotton cover. It feels soft and has excellent breathability.
The soft cotton cover also does a great job absorbing moisture. If you sweat a lot at night, the cover keeps you dry.
Right under the cover is a thin layer of organic wool. This plays several roles.
One, it’s a natural fire barrier. The Luxury Bliss mattress doesn't contain chemical fire retardants.
Two, it adds a soft feel to the mattress that makes it more comfortable and luxurious.
Three, it provides all-season temperature control, keeping you cool when it’s hot and warming you up when it’s cold.
3” Natural Talalay Latex
The comfort layer in the Luxury Bliss mattress is made with Talalay latex. The use of Talalay latex instead of Dunlop is one reason the Luxury Bliss mattress feels so luxurious.
While Dunlop is firm and dense, Talalay latex is softer and springier.
The 3” layer relieves pressure on your shoulders, back, hips and other pressure points while also providing support and keeping your spine correctly aligned.
8” Coil Core
The base/core of the Luxury Bliss mattress consists of fabric-encased coils. These pocketed coils provide contouring, allowing the mattress to adapt to your body weight and sleeping position.
They also provide deep compression support, ensuring you don't sink in too deep no matter your weight. In fact, the ‘firm’ Luxury Bliss can support sleepers weighing over 275lbs.
Because these coils are not connected, they don't transfer motion across the mattress. This keeps couples from waking each other when they move.

The Luxury Bliss mattress carries a bunch of certifications that further affirm its safety and eco-friendliness.

The medium option is the best for most types of sleepers. It uses an ILD 24 Talalay latex layer that balances between soft contouring and firm support.
The medium Luxury Bliss mattress is especially suitable for people weighing under 230lbs. Some back and stomach sleepers may, however, prefer the firmer feel of the medium-firm Luxury Bliss.
Sleepers weighing over 230lbs should definitely get the medium-firm option, regardless of sleeping position. The firmer ILD 36 latex layer offers better compression support and spinal alignment.

Shipping and Delivery
PlushBeds ships the Luxury Bliss mattress free to all 48 contiguous states. They also ship to Hawaii and Alaska but at an extra fee.
Because mattresses are made-to-order, it takes 7-9 working days for the mattress to ship. Delivery time will depend on your location.
The mattress will be delivered to your front door. It’s up to you to take it inside and set it up. Currently, PlushBeds does not offer in-home delivery and setup (White Glove delivery).

100-night Trial and Comfort Exchange
PlushBeds gives you two options if you don't like your new mattress.
The best and easiest one is the Comfort Exchange program. Here’s how it works.
If, after 30 nights of sleeping on the mattress, you still find it too firm or too soft, call PlushBeds customer support and request a comfort exchange.
After paying a refundable $99 deposit, PlushBeds will send you a new latex layer. When it arrives, unzip the mattress and switch the old layer for the new one. Send the old layer back to receive your deposit.
If you want a different mattress, the other option is to send the entire mattress back at your own cost. So, returns are technically not free.
If you don’t want the hassle of packaging the mattress and shipping it back, PlushBeds offers a mattress removal service for $149.
25-Year Warranty
Your PlushBeds Luxury Bliss mattress is covered by a 25-year warranty. It’s a full warranty for the first 10 years, with PlushBeds covering all costs in case of repair or mattress replacement.
For the remaining 15 years, it offers a prorated warranty. You’ll pay handling costs in case of a repair or a percentage of the price of a new mattress in case of a replacement.
