The Haven Premier Mattress Review
The Haven Rejuvenate Mattress is an eco-friendly Canadian mattress that combines the best foam and natural latex features, great support, contouring pressure relief, and a cool night’s sleep into one mattress.
Excellent choice for: Anyone looking for a non-spring mattress that’s supportive, relieves pressure and sleeps cool.
Avoid if: You prefer the plush feel of a pure memory foam mattress. Haven Rejuvenate has a more solid feel because of the latex layer.
Price: $799 – $1,399
The Haven Rejuvenate mattress has the best features of both memory foam and latex in one affordable 10” mattress. You can enjoy the pressure relief of memory foam and the support and responsiveness of latex.
Polyfoam support layers provide a sturdy and supportive base and ensure longevity.
The Haven Rejuvenate mattress also goes the extra mile to keep you cool, with cooling technology added to almost every layer. Even though it contains memory foam, hot sleepers will find the Haven Rejuvenate mattress stays cool all night long.
The Haven Rejuvenate is also a good choice for those looking to make their bedroom greener without breaking the bank.

Delivery & Unboxing
Depending on your location, the Haven Rejuvenate mattress will be delivered in 1-5 business days.
The mattress will be delivered by FedEx compressed into a box. Haven only offers delivery up to your front door, and they currently don't have an option for in-home setup or old mattress removal.
The mattress is fairly heavy (the Queen weighs 85lbs), so we recommend having someone around to help you carry it inside and set it up.
You can set up the Haven Rejuvenate mattress on any firm and flat surface, including a box spring, slatted base, a platform bed, or even on the floor.
Once you unroll the mattress on the bed, give it a few hours to fully expand and off-gas.
The Haven Rejuvenate mattress has a simple 2-tone black and white design on the cover.
At 10” tall, it doesn't exactly have the luxurious look of thick hotel mattresses, but it’s not a big deal once you cover it up with a fluffy duvet.
The Haven Rejuvenate is not a high-tech mattress. But it still has a few notable features that improve the mattress’ eco-friendliness and comfort.
It’s one of the few mattresses that use plant-based foams. The memory foam and poly foams used in the Rejuvenate mattress contain soy oils to make them healthier and greener.
The Haven Rejuvenate also uses a couple of cooling techniques, including copper-infused latex, gel-infused foam, and open-cell foam.
The soft cover on the Haven Rejuvenate mattress is made from a bamboo blend fabric. This makes it incredibly soft and highly breathable. It also does a great job wicking sweat.
Unlike most mattresses, the Haven Rejuvenate cover is removable and machine washable. So, you don't have to use a mattress protector if you don't want to.
The Haven Rejuvenate mattress is available in two versions: Classic Firm and Classic + Softer Zoned.
Both options have the same 4-layer structure.
- 1” natural Talalay latex – provides cooling, responsiveness, and body contouring.
- 1” open-cell memory foam – provides pressure relief and reduces motion transfer.
- 3” poly foam – provides transitional support.
- 5” base – high-density foam provides deep compression support, ensures proper spinal alignment, and keeps the mattress in good shape for years.
The main difference between the Classic Firm and Classic + Softer Zoned is the 3” transitional foam layer. In the Classic + Softer Zoned mattress, this layer has a plush section at the center.
The softer zone provides targeted pressure relief for the shoulders and hips. It’s designed with side sleepers in mind.
While the Haven Rejuvenate contains memory foam, it doesn't feel quite like other memory foam mattresses. There’s no overly deep hug or a mushy feel that makes it hard to change sleeping position.
The Rejuvenate mattress has a balanced feel. The combination of latex, memory foam and high-density foams provides firm support while also relieving your pressure points.
Here’s a closer look at specific aspects of sleeping on the Haven Rejuvenate mattress.
The Haven Rejuvenate Classic mattress has a medium-firm comfort feel, and it feels great for most back sleepers and stomach sleepers. It’s also a good choice if you constantly change your sleeping position in your sleep.
The Haven Rejuvenate Classic + Softer Zones has a soft to medium feel only under your hips and shoulders, and the rest of the surface is medium-firm.
This zoned design works only for side sleepers since they need extra pressure relief on their shoulders and hips.
The Haven Rejuvenate mattress has excellent support, but only for light and average-weight sleepers.
The all-foam design and 10” height might reduce how much support heavier folks (over 230lbs) will experience. They are likely to sink too far into the mattress, causing spinal alignment problems.
For heavier sleepers who need more support, consider getting a hybrid foam and coils mattress or an all-latex mattress like Zenhaven.
If you want to stick with the Haven brand, the company sells two hybrid pocket coil mattresses: the 12” hybrid Eurotop and the 14” LUX hybrid.
The Haven Rejuvenate mattress has great pressure-point relief. The latex and memory foam layers work together to contour around your body and relieve pressure points.
And if you are a side sleeper, the Haven Rejuvenate Classic + Softer Zoned mattress is explicitly designed to reduce pressure on your hips and shoulders.
We also recommend the Haven Rejuvenate for people with back pain and other joint aches. In fact, according to Haven Sleep, the Rejuvenate mattress is approved by the Canadian Chiropractic Association.
Its unique combination of firm support and soft pressure relief reduces pain, alleviates pressure on sensitive areas, and keeps the spine aligned.
The Haven Rejuvenate mattress sleeps cool thanks to multiple cooling techniques incorporated into the mattress.
The bamboo cover is extra-breathable. Copper-infused latex in the top layer stays naturally cool, while memory foam in the second layer has a breathable open-cell design.
Most hot sleepers won’t need to buy extra cooling products such as a cooling pad or a cooling system. The Haven Rejuvenate sleeps cool enough on its own.
Thanks to the dense foams used in the mattress, the Haven Rejuvenate quickly absorbs any disturbance created on the bed when you or your partner moves.
You don't have to worry about waking each other up.
Sex & Responsiveness
The Haven Rejuvenate is not quite as bouncy as a latex or hybrid spring mattress, but it’s not mushy like a memory foam mattress.
While it’s not the best mattress for sex, it’s not too bad either.
Trial Period & Returns
Haven Sleep offers a 100-night in-home trial for their mattresses. If you don't like the mattress, they’ll arrange to pick it up.
Returns are free; you’ll receive a full refund.
If you decide to keep the mattress, Haven Sleep offers a 10-year limited warranty.

Where To Buy
Other Haven Sleep Mattresses
Looking for something more luxurious? The 12” Haven Hybrid Eurotop mattress includes a plush latex Eurotop and a core of pocketed coils.
The hybrid design improves body contouring, adds more support, and makes the mattress more responsive (it’s great for sex). It also improves ventilation within the mattress for a cooler night’s sleep.
Haven Sleep also sells the 14” LUX hybrid mattress. It has a thicker and plusher comfort section, plus supportive pocket coils at the core of the mattress.
Both the 12” and 14” mattresses cost almost the same as the 10” Rejuvenate mattress (the 12-incher costs exactly the same). So don’t be afraid to get one of the hybrid mattresses if you think it’ll be better for you.
